What the enquiry form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, event type, and a description of your event. You may also provide a phone number, date, guest count, venue or location, and budget. Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information.
How the form is delivered
Submissions are processed by FormSubmit and directed to themapleevents@gmail.com, with a copy sent to info@themapleevents.com. FormSubmit may present a spam-verification step. Its own privacy terms apply to its processing. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information.
Why we use your details
The details help The Maple Events respond to your enquiry, discuss availability, and prepare the next steps for your event. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Campaign and referral information
This website may keep campaign labels and a referring website hostname in session storage for the current browser session. When you submit an enquiry, those labels can accompany the form so the team can understand how you found the website. They do not include the contents you type in the form. You can use the contact email or telephone number instead.
Website analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and contact interest. We send a successful-form event only after the form provider accepts an enquiry; phone and email link clicks are measured separately. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, event description, or form fields to Google Analytics. Google may use cookies and process usage data according to its privacy policy. The Google tag is not loaded until you accept analytics. Your choice is saved in this browser and you can change it with the Analytics settings control in the footer.
