What the enquiry form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, event type, and a description of your event. You may also provide a phone number, date, guest count, venue or location, and budget. Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information.
How the form is delivered
Submissions are processed by FormSubmit and directed to info@themapleevents.com, with a copy sent to themapleevents@gmail.com. FormSubmit may present a spam-verification step. Its own privacy terms apply to its processing. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information.
Why we use your details
The details help The Maple Events respond to your enquiry, discuss availability, and prepare the next steps for your event. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Campaign and referral information
This website may keep campaign labels and a referring website hostname in session storage for the current browser session. When you submit an enquiry, those labels can accompany the form so the team can understand how you found the website. They do not include the contents you type in the form. You can use the contact email or telephone number instead.
