We work with you from the first planning conversation through to the final farewell — handling venue selection and negotiations, vendor sourcing and management, florals, catering coordination, décor, entertainment, transportation, timelines, and complete day-of execution.

Do you offer full wedding planning or event-day coordination?
Yes. Wedding coordination starts at $1,995 CAD and full planning starts at $5,995 CAD for the defined scopes on our pricing page. Your proposal confirms the included work and staffing; venue and supplier costs are separate.
Where do you plan weddings?
We are based in Guelph and discuss weddings across Wellington County, Waterloo Region, and Southern Ontario. Include your venue or preferred area when you enquire.
Do you have a wedding budget minimum?
Our published prices are for planning services, not a required total wedding budget. Tell us your date, venue, guest estimate and budget so we can discuss a suitable scope and provide a tailored proposal.

- Full wedding planning — from $5,995 CAD. Planning for a one-day celebration: venue and vendor sourcing, budget, design direction and coordination. Your proposal defines meetings, staffing and event-day hours. View the package.
These are planning or décor starting fees for the stated scopes, before applicable taxes. Venue, catering, rentals and other suppliers are separate unless included in your written proposal. Your quote confirms the team, hours, travel and any additional work.
